This website and online store are operated by Dojo Health Inc. d/b/a DOJO AIR (“DOJO AIR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

DOJO AIR products and services are intended for general wellness, respiratory performance, breath training, and related consumer wellness purposes unless expressly stated otherwise in applicable product labeling.
DOJO AIR products and services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition unless expressly stated in cleared, approved, or legally authorized product labeling.
Information provided through our website, products, services, app, product materials, marketing materials, or customer support channels is provided for general informational and wellness purposes only. It is not medical advice and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking medical advice because of information provided by DOJO AIR. If you have a medical condition, respiratory condition, cardiovascular condition, neurological condition, are pregnant, or have concerns about using a breath-related product, consult a qualified healthcare provider before use.
If you experience dizziness, lightheadedness, shortness of breath, chest pain, fainting, discomfort, or any other concerning symptoms while using a DOJO AIR product, stop using the product and seek appropriate medical guidance.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order. DOJO AIR reserves the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, shipping restrictions, regulatory restrictions, or other business reasons.
Your order is not accepted until DOJO AIR confirms acceptance or ships the product. Receipt of an order confirmation, payment confirmation, or other automated communication does not guarantee acceptance of the order.
We may contact you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, or phone number provided with your order if we need to confirm, change, cancel, or obtain additional information regarding your order.
You agree that purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for resale, unauthorized distribution, commercial resale, export, or other unauthorized purposes.
Some DOJO AIR products may be offered for preorder before they are available for shipment. If a product is sold as a preorder, the estimated shipping window will be disclosed at checkout, on the product page, or in the order confirmation.
Estimated shipping dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Production schedules, supply chain delays, regulatory requirements, carrier delays, manufacturing issues, quality-control processes, and other circumstances may affect estimated shipping timelines.
DOJO AIR will make commercially reasonable efforts to ship products within the stated timeframe. If DOJO AIR is unable to ship within the stated timeframe, DOJO AIR will notify customers of the delay and provide options required by applicable law, which may include agreeing to the delay or cancelling the order for a refund before shipment.
If you place a preorder, your payment method may be charged at the time of order unless otherwise stated at checkout.
For products sold as preorders, the return period and limited warranty period begin on the date the product is delivered to the original purchaser, not the date the preorder is placed.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, discounts, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices do not include shipping charges, handling charges, taxes, duties, customs fees, import charges, or other governmental charges. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges associated with your order.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, account, and payment information. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment provider.
Payments may be processed by SHOPLINE Payments or other third-party payment service providers. We are not responsible for payment-processing delays, authorization failures, or errors caused by third-party payment providers, except to the extent required by law.
Shipping and delivery are subject to our Shipping Policy and any shipping terms displayed at checkout.
Delivery dates and shipping times are estimates only unless expressly stated otherwise. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, supply chain disruptions, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, events outside our control, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass as stated in our Shipping Policy and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. DOJO AIR is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, misdelivered, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by you.
Returns, refunds, exchanges, shipping damage claims, order errors, and warranty claims are governed by our Refund, Return, Exchange & Limited Warranty Policy.
All returns require prior authorization from DOJO AIR. Customers must contact DOJO AIR Customer Support to request a return authorization before shipping any product back to DOJO AIR.
Standard return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original delivery date, subject to the conditions, exclusions, inspection rights, and procedures in our Refund, Return, Exchange & Limited Warranty Policy.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to DOJO AIR error, verified product defect, or shipping damage.
You agree to use DOJO AIR products only as instructed and only for their intended purposes. You are responsible for reading and following all product instructions, warnings, safety information, app guidance, manuals, and other documentation provided with the product.
You should not misuse, modify, disassemble, tamper with, repair, or use DOJO AIR products with unauthorized accessories, chargers, components, or software.
You agree not to use DOJO AIR products in a manner that is unsafe, unlawful, inconsistent with product documentation, or contrary to applicable warnings.
The website, store, content, text, graphics, images, videos, product designs, product names, logos, trademarks, trade dress, software, features, and other materials made available by DOJO AIR are owned by DOJO AIR, its affiliates, licensors, or service providers and are protected by U.S. and foreign intellectual property laws.
DOJO AIR, DOJO AIR names, logos, product names, service names, designs, slogans, and related marks are trademarks or trade names of DOJO AIR or its affiliates or licensors.
DOJO AIR products, technology, software, designs, methods, systems, features, and related materials may be protected by issued patents, pending patent applications, design rights, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights in the United States and other jurisdictions, including, where applicable, U.S. Patent No. 12,611,118 B1, titled “Modular Breath Tracking and Training System,” and other pending or future applications.
You may use our website and services only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, resell, exploit, scrape, download, publicly display, publicly perform, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from any part of our website, services, content, software, product materials, products, technology, or intellectual property without our prior written permission.
Purchasing a DOJO AIR product does not grant you any ownership interest, license, or other rights in DOJO AIR intellectual property, except for the limited right to use the purchased product for its intended personal use in accordance with applicable product documentation and these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use DOJO AIR intellectual property except as expressly permitted by these Terms.
If you submit reviews, comments, feedback, ideas, suggestions, photos, videos, testimonials, proposals, or other content to DOJO AIR, you grant DOJO AIR a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display, and otherwise exploit that content for business, marketing, product improvement, and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the rights necessary to submit such content and that your content does not violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

SHOPLINE is not responsible for DOJO AIR products, product claims, warranties, returns, refunds, shipping, customer support, product use, product safety, or any transaction between you and DOJO AIR, except to the extent SHOPLINE separately provides services to you under its own terms.
